Good governance supports the university to succeed and is critical to maintain the trust and confidence of the regulators and the public. Our role in the Secretariat supports the Board of Governors and the university executive to make informed and compliant decisions.
Reporting to the Head of Governance and Assurance you will provide professional governance advice and administrative support to the University's committees including the Board of Governors and its sub-committees. You will ensure that the governance framework is up to date and fit for purpose and proactively work on improving delivery and development of all governance procedures and systems.
Based on the Llandaff campus but with the ability to work flexibly, you will work collegiately with colleagues across the university to deliver an excellent service.
