OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
Minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree (expected or achieved) ideally in a marketing or digital subject
Experience of managing and leading a team, including delegating tasks, briefs and workloads to other designers inhouse and freelance
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics (GA4).
Experience managing PPC campaigns, tracking performance, and optimising for ROI
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for digital trends and supporting strategy development
IMPLEMENTING OUR 'YES, WE CAN' PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
Interpret and develop briefs with the design team both inhouse and freelance, including email campaigns, online and digital assets, reports, brochures, flyers, adverts, posters, event material and other ad-hoc materials as required
Ensure the design team, inhouse and freelance, understand design briefs and achieve deadlines on projects whilst keeping the Marketing Director and Head of Marketing and team informed of the progress of projects
Manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid digital campaigns, along with building and designing HTML email campaigns
Assist with the digital strategy and design to include maintaining content for the website, design of web pages, layout for existing and new web developments
Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility, optimise content, and ensure a seamless user experience across our websites
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, ensuring effective audience targeting and engagement
Support senior team members, and be responsible for carrying out research for various marketing and digital trends and of competitor activity
