As we scale our brand across channels, we're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our creative output and help shape the next chapter of PRIMAL's visual identity.
THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. You'll work closely with -- and report directly to -- the Head of Content, collaborating across marketing, product, and digital to deliver bold, commercially sharp creative that's built to perform.
This is a hands-on role for someone fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, confident working across both digital and print, and with a strong understanding of performance-led design for e-com, email, and paid media. Motion graphics, art direction, and coding knowledge are all welcome bonuses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency across all channels
- Design and implement weekly Klaviyo newsletters in collaboration with content and marketing teams
- Produce creative assets for organic and paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Lead seasonal campaign creative and printed sale collateral (e.g. Brochure, flyers, signage)
- Support the Head of Content with art direction across photography and video production
- Assist with website asset creation, landing pages, and UX optimisation (web design/CSS experience a plus)
- Support sales team with sales enable asset creation such as pitch decks, product specs to ensure every customer interaction is on brand
- Collaborate with the wider team to execute cohesive campaigns across the funnel
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years in a graphic design role (agency or in-house)
- Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign essential)
- Strong digital design skills with an understanding of direct-to-consumer e-commerce and B2B communication
- Experience using Klaviyo or equivalent email platforms
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and switching between brand storytelling and
performance design
- Motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere) a plus
- CSS/web design knowledge a bonus
- Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about creating work that moves people to act
