Job responsibilities



RESPONSIBILITIES


Print & Digital Creative Development



Develop design solutions for new campaigns and projects, in line with the brand's creative vision and commercial ambitions Produce campaign graphics including OOH, press, POS, digital banners, social media graphics, email marketing, and retailer-specific content. Be a brand guardian and collaborate with the Head of VM and Marketing Director to ensure there is a cohesive brand image across all touchpoints

Retail & Visual Merchandising



Design in-store visuals, point-of-sale materials and online assets for key retail partners. Adapt global creative guidelines to retailer-specific requirements while maintaining brand integrity. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising and Retail Marketing teams to deliver high-impact in-store experiences, from window displays to gondolas, shelf graphics, store launches and activations.

Asset Production & Delivery



Prepare final artwork for both print and digital production, ensuring accuracy, technical compliance, and quality control. Manage deadlines and oversee production with print vendors and retail partners.

Creative Collaboration



Partner closely with internal teams to align creative with campaign strategies and develop design direction for eg pop ups. Maintain and develop the relationship with Global Creative for sign off, new assets and collaboration for projects. Work with external agencies, printers, and suppliers to ensure flawless execution of projects. Uphold the brands' creative standards and act as a brand guardian across all design touchpoints. Stay ahead of design, retail, and digital trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the brand. Manage workload and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets while maintaining attention to detail

Profile



Key Competencies / Technical Skills



Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital and print design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Ability to understand and defend the brand DNA Excellent communication and organisational skills plus ability to manage priorities, and plan ahead Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
