The Group consists of three divisions VetPlus \xe2\x80\x93 a global leader in companion animal \xf0\x9f\x90\xb6 nutraceuticals, Agri Lloyd, an agriculture \xf0\x9f\x90\x84 focused unit and Mill Farm Sports Village a multi-purpose leisure complex incorporating a fully owned football club\xe2\x9a\xbd with associated facilities.

Responsible for supporting the in-house Design Team to ensure all work requests received are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The post holder will operate across all the key brands within the Tangerine group of companies.

Main Duties:

Under the direction of the HD and DMMs you will be working with key members of staff to:

• Manage and support the Design Team on a day-to-day basis to ensure output and organisational efficiency.
• Coordinate and manage the artwork request process for UK and International product labelling, literature and support materials.
• Produce high quality artwork and liaise with our technical, NPD and marketing teams to ensure this is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Create traditional off-line design collateral for all our brands and across all areas of marketing literature and campaign support (e.g., literature, brochures, presentations, exhibition graphics, adverts).
• Ensure artwork request process is followed correctly and in full each time marketing literature and/or a label artwork is requested.
• Amend or create print-ready artwork as required using predominantly Adobe software on Apple Mac platform.
• Work closely with the Regulatory Team to ensure that the information on all packaging / labels is compliant with all statutory requirements for the UK and internationally.
• Assist with online activity as required.
• Ensure all electronic and paper filing is kept accessible, accurate, up to date and compliant.
• Under guidance from the HD and DMMs, continuously review and implement ideas and initiatives to ensure our websites and marketing materials engage with our target audiences.
• Be a brand guardian for all Tangerine Group brands and ensure guidelines and consistency are adhered to across all areas of marketing and all regions / countries
• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers when required to ensure the effective deployment of marketing initiatives

Occasional Duties:

The post holder may also be required to:

• Work additional hours to meet the needs of the business
• Attend staff meetings and training as needed
• Travel to and from other sites as required
• Carry out any other duties that are within the scope and purpose of the role as requested by the HD

Personal Attributes:

The post holder will have:

• At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in industry standard design software, including: In-Design, Photoshop and Illustrator plus excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint. Experience in digital and 3D applications would be beneficial but not essential
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Strong creative / copywriting skills

• Organisational and time management skills
• The confidence to present and explain ideas to originators and stakeholders
• Ability to work well within a fast paced, hard-working and creative environment
• Common sense and a proactive attitude to work
