Senior Graphic Designer

who understands not just how to design eye-catching merchandise, but how to bring it to life through real-world manufacturing.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a designer with a strong grasp of the entire product development cycle--from idea generation through to creating technical files ready for production.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Designing a wide range of gift and souvenir products including T-shirts, mugs, keyrings, fridge magnets, and more Taking product ideas from initial concept through to full production-ready artwork, ensuring designs are suitable for manufacture and consider production methods such as screen printing, dye-sublimation, laser cutting, injection moulding, or digital printing Preparing clear, detailed technical files for manufacturers and suppliers Photographing products and editing imagery for e-commerce Creating and managing product listings across platforms including Shopify, eBay, and Amazon Designing engaging promotional materials: infographics, web sliders, videos, collection banners, and social media assets Developing packaging that enhances product appeal and aligns with brand identity Managing and posting to our social media accounts to support marketing and engagement
What We're Looking For:

A designer who understands both the creative and technical aspects of product development Someone who can think like a manufacturer and deliver production-ready files that meet real-world constraints Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience using Adobe Photoshop Minimum 5 years of experience using Adobe Illustrator Strong creative portfolio demonstrating full product design lifecycle Fully computer literate Previous experience in a similar product design or creative e-commerce role Experience using Microsoft Excel for product data and listing management
Preferred Experience:

Experience using Shopify, eBay, and Amazon platforms
