: Help manage daily store operations, including stock, displays, and compliance.

: Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending the right EE products and services.
Training & Mentoring
: Support onboarding and development of new team members.
Key Skills & Attributes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven retail or customer service experience.
Ability to lead by example and motivate others.

Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
Typical Requirements
Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role.
Familiarity with EE's products and services is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
