Senior Hair Stylist / Salon Manager - Full-Time Employed Position (Glasgow)

From 25,500 + Quarterly Bonus + Commission

We're now entering an exciting growth phase and looking for a Senior Stylist / Salon Manager to step in and help lead the next chapter.The Role This is a full-time, employed position where you'll bring both hands-on talent and strong leadership to the floor. You'll manage daily salon operations, support and develop our stylists and trainees, and help maintain the standard our clients know and love. You'll be trusted to shape the vibe, keep the energy right, and grow alongside a team that's in it for the long haul.

You'll Be a Good Fit If You:

Have 5+ years of in-salon experience with advanced skills in cutting, colouring, balayage, foiling, styling, and hair-ups Are confident mentoring trainees and supporting team developmentKnow how to create a warm, professional experience for every client Bring solid organisation, decision-making, and communication skills Want to be part of something bigger than just a chair and a column

Your Weekly Schedule:

Monday: 10am - 4pm Wednesday: 10am - 6pm Thursday: 12pm - 8pm Friday: 10am - 6pmSaturday: 9am - 5pm
(Tuesday & Sunday off)
