This role requires a creative individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional service and enhancing the beauty of our clients through various styling services.
Duties
As a Senior Hair Stylist, your responsibilities will include:
Providing a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Managing front desk operations including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
Mentoring junior stylists and assisting in their professional development.
Upselling products and services to enhance the overall client experience.
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience in hairdressing, with skills in barbering being an advantage.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and recommendations.
Experience in store management or front desk operations is desirable but not essential.
