As a Senior Hard Services Manager, you will be responsible for working as part of the Facilities & Compliance Team to help deliver the following:


Hard Services & Asset Leadership Event Readiness, In-Event Support & Load-Out Compliance & Statutory Oversight Team Leadership & Development Contractor Management Digital Systems & Reporting Customer Service & Stakeholder Engagement

Proven Leadership Experience Knowledge of UK legislation & Compliance Framework Professional Qualifications in NEBOSH/IOSH/IWFM Strong Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Lift Safety Systems

Working within the Facilities & Compliance (FAC) Team, this role balances facilities workflow excellence, compliance leadership with customer experience. Ensuring that every hard services touchpoint contributes to the SEC's reputation for delivering world-class events in a safe, reliable, and customer-focused environment.
