What will you be doing?

As a Senior Hardware engineer, you will join the Cheltenham team to support our activities within the Aerospace sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Reverse engineering of product(s) electrical architecture to design and develop test rig hardware for applications in the aerospace and automotive sectors.
• Working as a senior member of the hardware development team, it will be necessary to support the development of other engineers in the team with technical training and reviews.
• Creating engineering specifications for and working with external suppliers/ manufacturers.

Experience, skills and qualifications required in:

• Electromechanical development of aerospace and/or test rig systems responsible for technical delivery
• Coaching/training of other team members.
• Interpreting electrical schematics layouts and electronic system functionality from engineering drawings
• Understanding of new product development process for mechanical hardware components/ systems.
• Degree in a relevant engineering field
