Job Summary

Kanes construction Limited are a fast-growing business that require a SHE manager to join our team with involvement in both our divisions.

Kane Contracts are a leading civil engineering and construction contractor across NI and ROI.

Kane Fencing are the leading security and sports fencing contractor operating across Ireland. We have an in-house manufacturing facility and our own direct installation teams.

The successful applicant will be instrumental in helping the company meet its objectives of keeping our people safe and meeting our clients needs.

Duties

Co-ordinating and management of Occupational Health & Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance within Kane Contracts Develop, Maintain & Enhance SHEQ management systems Lead Internal and External Audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legislation Provide support and visit projects, provide support to site teams Preparation of documentation and liaison with Clients to fulfil SHEQ requirements Liaison and management of subcontractor evaluation and reviews Work Independently to meet deadlines Aid and complete Bid/Tender Qualifications Assisting site teams to ensure compliance in NI/ROI Take ownership for continual improvement across the business Responsible for staff to have/gain training for upcoming works Provide any other duties required to aid the continued success of the business

Qualifications

and Experience

Minimum of 3 years experience in management position Minimum of 5 years experience in SHEQ position Construction Experience Essential NEBOSH or equivalent Level 4 Safety Qualification NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent. Proficiency in using Microsoft office packages
