Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team with Ceredigion County Council SA46 0PA, providing high-quality care within a care home environment. The successful candidate will support residents with daily activities, assist with care plans, and promote a safe and comfortable living space.
A valid UK driving licence and a car is desirable/Must.
Duties
Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support Support the implementation and review of individualised care plans in collaboration with senior staff Essential requirements: o Registration with Social Care Wales o Valid DBS check o Full driving licence o Ability to administer medication o Evidence of up-to-date manual handling training
Qualifications
Registration with Social Care Wales IT literacy for maintaining accurate records and updating care plans efficiently Driving licence is preferred to support transportation requirements for residents or supplies
