Senior Carer
to join our agency team, providing high-quality care and support across a variety of care settings.What you'll do:
Lead and support care teams to deliver person-centred care Administer and oversee medication in line with care plans Assist with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and independence Maintain accurate records and report effectively Promote a safe, supportive, and positive environment
What we're looking for:
Minimum
SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
(or equivalent) Previous experience as a Senior Carer or Team Leader Strong communication and leadership skills Flexibility to work shifts across different settings Compassion, reliability, and a genuine commitment to care Registered to SSSC as Support Practioner/SupervisorWe offer:
