Overview
Sycamore Tree Care Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Health Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to residents in a 28 bed care home setting.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting seniors in their daily activities.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility. Implement and follow individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment. Maintain accurate records of resident care and report any changes in condition to the manager. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications
Proven meds-training and previous experience in senior care is essential Strong communication skills Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans A valid driving licence A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care to seniors.
