What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)

Leading by example -- supporting Care Assistants on shift and ensuring the highest standards of care. Delivering hands-on, person-centred care to residents, including personal care, mealtimes, and daily living support. Acting as a point of contact for staff, residents, and families during your shift. Supporting with medication administration (training provided if needed). Making sure records are kept accurate and up-to-date. Creating a positive, supportive environment where both residents and staff feel valued. Working closely with nurses, managers, and colleagues to keep the home running smoothly -- day or night.
You'll Fit Right In If...

You have previous experience as a Care Assistant and are ready to step up (or already have senior experience). You're confident in leading a small team and supporting colleagues on shift. You've got strong communication skills and a caring, approachable nature. You're reliable, organised, and know how to handle the busy moments. You're happy working day or night shifts (we've got spots for both!). Bonus points if you're partial to organising the odd birthday singalong
