We are looking for
experienced and dedicated Senior Care Assistants
to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the care team, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care in a safe and homely environment. You will support
both residents and colleagues
, helping to maintain a positive, respectful, and caring atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, person-centered care
- Assist residents with daily living, including personal care, mobility support, and emotional well-being.
Lead by example
- Provide guidance and support to care assistants, ensuring best practices are followed.
Administer medications
- Safely manage and administer medication in line with company policies and procedures.
Support residents' well-being
- Monitor residents' health, identify changes in condition, and communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain a safe and homely environment
- Assist with light cleaning tasks to ensure a comfortable, welcoming space for residents.
Record-keeping and reporting
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate updates to management and healthcare professionals.
Support the Management Team
in day-to-day aspects of the residents care.
What We are Looking For
Minimum of 2 years' experience
working in a Senior Care role within the UK (essential)
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families
A caring and empathetic approach to residents and their visitors
RQF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
(or willingness to work towards it).
Experience in
medication administration
is desirable.
Leadership skills
- Ability to support and mentor care assistants.
A compassionate, patient, and professional approach.
