Responsibilities

Medication management - Experience in all aspects essential Prepare individual care plans to ensure that all aspects of client care are met. Leadership skills - ensuring staff work safely and efficiently Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to deliver comprehensive care. Ability to carry out supervisions as and when needed. Support clients in maintaining their independence while providing necessary assistance. Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes.
Qualifications

Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong Problem Solving skills A valid for transporting clients when required. A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others. Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour

Howden DN14 7ST: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Senior Health Care Assistant: 1 year (required)
