Position: Senior Care Assistant (Domiciliary Care)

Market Drayton, Wem and Whitchurch

Drivers Only:

Applicants must hold a full UK Driving Licence and have access to their own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality personal care (washing, dressing, feeding, toileting) Administer medication in accordance with care plans and company policy Build positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals Supervise, support, and mentor Health Care Assistants Assist with assessments, reviews, sot checks and care plan updates Ensuring compliance is met Ensure care delivery meets

CQC

and

company standards

Coordinate care services and monitor service user well-being Keep accurate, up-to-date care records and documentation Provide leadership in emergency or challenging situations Respond to out-of-hours emergencies and support the on-call system

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience

in health or social care (domiciliary care preferred)

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care

(or working towards) Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Compassionate, reliable, and committed to exceptional care Able to work independently and as part of a team Willing to work

alternate weekends

Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle required
