, is seeking a compassionate and experienced
Senior Health Care Assistant
to join our growing team. We are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support to our clients within the comfort of their own homes and in the wider community.
About the Role:
As a Senior Health Care Assistant at Laurel Homecare Ltd, you will play a vital role in empowering our clients to live fulfilling and independent lives. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing person-centred support to adults in their own homes.
Assisting clients with personal care, daily living tasks, and medication administration (following appropriate training).
Supporting clients to access a range of community services and activities, including day centres, social groups, and day to day tasks.
Building positive and trusting relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals.
Promoting clients' well-being, dignity, and choice.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of support provided.
Working flexibly across a range of shifts, which may include evenings and working every other weekend.
About You:

You will have demonstrable experience in supporting adults within their own home.

A Driver:
You must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay:
13.50 per hour for contracted hours and 14.50 per hour for overtime, also paid travel time and paid mileage.
Bank Holiday Enhancements:
Enhanced rates of pay for working on bank holidays.
Flexible Hours:
We offer both part-time and full-time hours to suit your availability. Please indicate your preference in your application.
