Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists to join a growing team in a care home set in tranquil surroundings in Woolton hill Newbury. You would join a team focused on providing quality care and have an opportunity to grow with the company and bring joy to the lives of our residents. Our shifts are 8-8am- 8-8pm 8pm-8am full time 3 days per week / part time 2 days per week. this is on a rota basis weekend on weekend off. both night and day.

Purpose of the Role
To be part of the team of Carers whose aims are to ensure that residents' needs are met on a daily basis and provide them with a safe and comfortable environment. To help promote as much personal and physical independence and choice as possible in the activities of daily living undertaken by the residents within the Care Home. To help maintain a stimulating and attractive environment for all residents review care plans and risk assessments
Responsibilities and Duties
To assist in the direct care provision of all aspects of the service users needs, which may include amongst others, personal care, medication administration, mobility, continence promotion, assistance with feeding, updating documentation, etc. Assist in activities within the Home. To attend appropriate training programmes/courses as available, which will further existing knowledge.
