Position Overview

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be essential in ensuring the wellbeing of our clients service users by providing exceptional care. Collaborating with colleagues, you will inspire an environment where service users feel valued, respected, and can maintain their individuality and dignity, leading fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve assisting residents with daily activities, which may include personal care, meals, or simply spending time with them. Each day brings new opportunities to make a meaningful difference in their lives. Together, we will honor their individual choices by delivering personalized care and support. As a Senior you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the shifts, working collaboratively with the Nurse in charge and Home Manager.

Requirements:

Experience working as a Senior Healthcare Assistant in essential.

Medication Administration qualified.

Minimum of 6 months experience working in the UK healthcare market.

Have strong communication skills

Be flexible to travel

Have the right to work in the UK

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to 16.00 per hour
