Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Crown House Care Home. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing essential support and assistance with daily activities.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support residents in daily activities to promote their independence and well-being. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure quality care. Help develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident. Monitor residents' health and report any changes to senior staff. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Requirements

Experience in a care home or similar setting is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact with residents and their families. Understanding of senior care practices and principles. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
