The Hospice at Home Team is a responsive and innovative team providing care for people with progressive, incurable diseases such as cancer, motor neurone disease, heart failure and lung disease, during times of crisis and at end of life
Joining an establish Hospice at Home team, you will be working in the community as a lone worker, with the support from the Hospice at Home Team Co-ordinator.

Day Shifts: 30 & 37.5 hours a week (4 or 5 days working between 7am and 9pm day shifts)
Night Shifts: 25.5 & 34 hours a week (3 or 4 Shifts per week nights between the hours of 10pm and 7am)
Mixed shifts would be considered
Salary 24100 per WTE + Anti-social Pay at 20% for hours between 8pm & 6am
The role will require a DBS check - which would be processed and paid for by the Hospice. Driving licence is required.
