Responsibilities

Assist residents or clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility Support the implementation of individualised care plans tailored to each person's needs Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life Help with domestic tasks including meal preparation and light housekeeping Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition Drive or accompany clients to appointments or activities as required Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and their families to ensure consistent care delivery Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for all

Qualifications

Previous experience in a care home or home care environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation needs Good command of English, both written and spoken Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: 27,000.00-33,000.00 per year
