Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the planning and implementation of resident care plans.

Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.

Support residents with mobility and physical exercises.

Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.

Supervise and mentor junior healthcare assistants and support staff.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and infection control procedures.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.

Qualifications and Skills:



Experience:

Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant.

Education:

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Skills:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes.

Pay: 13.00-13.85 per hour

Schedule:

12 hour shift Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Night shift Weekend availability
