What are we looking for?
Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Senior Highly Specialist Neuro Clinical Physiologist to join our Neurosciences Institute with a competitive salary range on offer, up to 70,000.
This is a full-time, permanent role with the following shift patterns:
4 long days across Monday-Friday 0800-1800 (with Wednesday off)
Please note that this role may require On-Call and extended hours based on the needs of the service.

This role will focus on delivering a high quality, robust and responsive service to all intra-operative neuro-physiological services alongside consultants and all members of the multidisciplinary team.
What will your duties include?Fully proficient in all intraoperative neurophysiological investigations including orthopaedic and neurosurgical spinal cases, supra- and infra- tentorial surgeries. Both awake and asleep craniotomy procedures within routine theatre settings and specialist iMRI theatre setting. Must have current experience to monitor various brainstem reflexes.
Participate in audit or research development programs either with other physiologist staff or under supervision from medical staff. The research programs may be in collaboration with external departments as part of a clinical trial.
Liaise with other clinical physiologists and clinical engineers over faults or problems with the equipment used in any part of the service and be aware of any subsequent changes in the operating procedure.
Assist in the training and supervision of trainee clinical physiologists based within the department of clinical neurophysiology. This will include assisting in preparation of students for practical professional exams.
What we need from you?BSc / Equivalent in Clinical Physiology (Neurophysiology) or equivalent neuroscience degrees. (Essential)
Either post graduate qualifications relevant to neurophysiology, neurosciences, and/or equivalencies awarded by professional bodies (Essential)
Must be able to show that they can perform the full range of intraoperative neurophysiological investigations, specifically brainstem reflexes (Essential)
Provide evidence of the ability to work in challenging environments. (Essential)
Must be able to show that they have work experience in EEG, EP and Epilepsy work OR full proficiency. (Desirable)
