The Role

We are seeking a Senior Hospitality Manager to lead the guest experience across our events. You will be the professional face of Everyman, managing a team to deliver seamless, friendly and premium service from arrival to departure.

This role involves:

Approximately 100 event days per year, including most Saturdays and at least one Sunday per month, with time off in lieu. Travel to Southern venues and occasionally nationwide
(fuel and accommodation provided for journeys over 50 miles).

Recruiting, training & managing freelance hospitality staff to maintain a high-performing, event-ready team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the hospitality team, ensuring every guest receives a premium experience. Oversee guest services including check-in, photography, media, and experience upgrades. Maintain smooth running of the day while fostering a relaxed, professional atmosphere. Resolve customer enquiries quickly and professionally. Actively upsell additional experiences and services, contributing to event revenue. Recruit, train, and maintain a pool of freelance hospitality staff. Travel to other venues when required.

What We're Looking For

Proven hospitality management or live events management experience. Strong leadership and team management skills with a professional approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Organised, confident, and able to remain calm under pressure. Flexible to work weekends and occasional travel across the UK. Sales-aware with a track record of achieving results.
