About the Role




To assist in the smooth running of the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring service standards are maintained and control systems are adhered to. Ensuring the facility is operated efficiently and in line with budgets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:





Assist and cover for the Director of F&B, driving operational efficiency, sales growth, and team development.

Oversee hospitality and C&E areas, ensuring compliance with SOPs, legal standards, and optimal resource use.

Manage stock levels, purchasing, invoicing, billing, and wage forecasting accurately and on time.

Work with Sales, Hospitality, external contractors, and Legends Global F&B teams to deliver seamless client experiences and staff recruitment/training.

Ensure health, safety, and food hygiene standards; handle administrative duties and other tasks as assignment


We are looking for someone with:



Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within entertainment or leisure.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills; able to work independently and under pressure.

Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities with a commitment to career development.

Knowledge of health & safety regulations and experience managing, training, and developing teams.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and travel to other Legends Global venues.
