The Senior HR Advisor will:
Partner with the HR leadership team to deliver HR objectives and support business priorities.
Provide expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers on HR matters including disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, and redundancy, ensuring compliance and best practice
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Deliver induction, People Management Training and HR clinics for employees across all roles and regions, promoting company values, vision, and expectations
Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, processes, and systems, sharing knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare and analyse HR metrics and performance data, including recruitment, turnover, training, absence, and employee surveys, to inform decision-making.
Produce and maintain weekly and monthly HR reports for management.
Act as a mentor to support the development of HR team members.
Support HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance management, absence management, reward and recognition, organisational change, CSR, volunteering, health and wellbeing, and IIP.
Undertake additional HR-related activities as required to support the business.
Deputise for the HR Manager in their absence.

About You
Essential
Demonstarte significant experience in a similar HR advisory role within the last 5 years.
Degree-level qualification in HRM or a related discipline.
CIPD qualified level 5.
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
Proven ability to advise and influence managers on complex HR issues.
Experience of supporting organisational change and promoting positive behaviours.
Skilled in managing HR processes and delivering to deadlines.
Ability to analyse and report on HR data and KPIs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong coaching and mentoring capability.
Proficient IT skills.
Desirable
Knowledge of ROI employment legislation.
Practical experience with TUPE processes and legislation.
Experience within the Facilities Management industry.
