We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation, currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a key role within a collaborative and people focused HR team, providing expert support across a workforce of 700 + employees. This role is urgently needed, the hiring process will be quick.
Key Duties:
Report directly to the Head of HR
Offer your HR expertise across the company, on all HR matters, policy, procedure, best practice, ER ect...
Lead HR projects, initiatives, and data reporting
Coach and support the SLT with complex ER cases
Deliver HR presentations, coaching and training to the management team
Be a part of the strategic decisions and drive improvement throughout the company
Develop the team around you and be a part of the culture growth
What We're Looking For:
CIPD Level 5 qualified
Experience in a similar role
Familiarity with TUPE and restructuring
Proficient in HRIS systems
