SENIOR HR ADVISOR
Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor for a ready to wear fashion retailer. Are you a passionate HR professional looking to progress further in your career?
We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to provide hands-on HR generalist support to the retail team. This individual will report to the HR Manager whilst working closely with key stakeholders across the business to provide impeccable service standards within the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive mindset, and can thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment within a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will be required to:
- Support with disciplinary matters and advisory queries
- Hold and manage exit interviews
- Be aware of UK legislation and best practice
- Update and circulate any new HR policies and procedures
- Ensure payroll activity communicate to payroll
- Management of the trainee HR Assistant
- Update and communicate monthly HR reports
- Notetaking in investigations where required
- Support with recruitment and selection for all store vacancies
- Manage onboarding software to ensure seamless start for new employees.
