We're looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our People Team at Wilderness Way - a leading provider of residential care for children who've experienced trauma.



This is a great opportunity for someone who's confident navigating employee relations, loves coaching managers, and wants to make a real difference in a values-led organisation. You'll work closely with our HR Business Partner and become a trusted advisor to managers across our homes and head office.

What You'll Be Doing:

Offering clear, practical advice on employee relations and HR policies



Supporting managers to lead with confidence and compassion



Helping shape a consistent employee experience across the organisation



Getting stuck into data, systems, and continuous improvement projects



Leading on wellbeing, absence, and occupational health support



Making sure our policies and processes are clear, helpful, and up to date

What You'll Bring:

Experience in an HR advisory or operational role



A solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice



Strong Excel and HR system skills (HiBOB experience is a plus!)



Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset



CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) is desirable

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday, flexible Hybrid working

Annual Leave:

?You will receive 33 days per annum; our holiday year runs from March to February.
