Reporting to one of our People Team Leaders, you'll play a key role in supporting and guiding a team of HR Assistants while ensuring the smooth delivery of high-volume HR processes across the business. What you will be doing

Perform day-to-day management of HR Assistants to ensure they deliver HR transactional services against KPI's and SLAs Execute HR transactional processes in William Hill's systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors, such as managing system notifications, approvals and alerts, as well as performing non-system related administration tasks, such as monthly travel card orders in accordance with the HR procedures and SLAs Provide excellent customer service to our people and help guide them through situations, providing the highest levels of resolution, support and customer satisfaction Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for allocated processes including Death in Service, DSARs, Complaints and Flexible Benefit Windows Work closely with other departments, such as Payroll, Systems, L&D and Recruitment, as well as Business Managers and our people, to ensure complete adherence to processes and collaborative working. Propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improve accuracy, or enhance controls. Proactively support ad-hoc processes and projects as and when required. Lead and support others within the team and work collectively when needed

Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset, putting forward new ideas and challenging the norms to improve efficiency Have the ability to influence, engage and build strong working relationships with stakeholders Be proficient with IT and able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, with HR systems experience desirable Have experience of working in a high volume, fast paced HR admin or HR service center environment
