SENIOR HR / ER ADVISOR
The role of Senior HR / ER Advisor.
Life sometimes presents the unexpected, so as a Senior HR / ER Advisor this role will not only have a strong end-to-end Employee Relations focus (c60% of role), but a proactive approach to HR / ER projects, strategies and in developing operational excellence through people.

This Senior Advisor opportunity is a role designed to make a difference, operating 2/3 days a week (subject to where you live) out of our Huddersfield Head Office if not out in person across our Mamas & Papas stores and concessions nationwide, the rest working from home.
We're a close knit, fast paced, welcoming HR ("People & Experience") Team who work extremely hard, where we have a lot of fun and laughter along the way.
