Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic, agile, and deadline-driven HR professional to join our busy HR team during an exciting period of transformation. While the team focuses on implementing a new HR system, you'll be the powerhouse ensuring other key HR initiatives don't miss a beat.


This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on variety, loves getting stuck into projects, and can hit the ground running. If you're a strong HR generalist with a flair for communication and a passion for making things happen, this is your moment.

What You Would Be Doing:




Project Ownership:

Lead and deliver HR projects with precision and pace.

Handbook Refresh:

Revamp the style and tone of our company handbook to reflect our evolving culture.

Engagement Survey Launch:

Organise and roll out our next employee engagement survey.

Compliance Check:

Review the Employment Bill and ensure we're ticking all the right boxes.

Contracts & T&Cs Alignment:

Review of all contracts and employment documents to ensure alignment to our framework and legal obligation.

HR Support:

Provide generalist HR support across the business, keeping things running smoothly.

Collaboration:

Work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure project alignment and delivery.
