We are looking for a

Senior HR Systems Specialist

to join our HR team in Leavesden Park on a

6 month fixed-term contract.



What you'll do:



In conjunction with IT ensure our HR & Payroll systems (iTrent and Business Objects) are maintained and working efficiently Lead on projects to digitise, integrate and automate activities across the various platforms. Provide support to the wider business users of HR Systems Improve data quality and standards, ensuring existing and future data needs are met through the development of appropriate integration solutions. Liaise closely with the wider HR team to identify areas that would benefit from automation. Working closely with IT, responsible for regular system upgrades including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment Support the wider HR Teams on cyclical activities such as Salary & Bonus Review, SEOP, TUPE requirements

What you'll bring to the role:



Previous experience working with HR Systems (iTrent and Business Objects). Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Excel e.g. V-Look Ups & Pivot Tables. Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities. High attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Experience of working within a team or project environment
