We are looking for a Senior HRIS Support & Development Analyst with a strong HR application background to be part of our ambitious, friendly in-house Apps team.


Within our team, you'll be working in the Application Support & Development team and be responsible for the support and maintenance of the applications used by the organisation.

About the role



Support, ongoing development and maintenance of business applications (both internally developed and vendor-specific). Predominantly focus on HR specific applications such as HCM, ATS, Learning and Payroll further expanding integrations to our other core applications such as Viewpoint, Elite 3E and our SaaS suite. Work with clients, third parties, the Strategy Programme Management team, and Business Services colleagues to help identify requirements and deliver enhancements and changes to the business. Work directly with our HR colleagues to improve our HR application suite, using tools such as Retool and Integration Builder, as well as built-in Integration engines such as Workday Studio. Produce and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation. Collaborate with the Service Desk to help improve our entire departments processes

About you



Demonstrable of experience with HR specific applications, with a strong preference for Workday experience Solid experience within an Application Support team or equivalent and their work. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Discretion and demonstrates good judgement. Highly motivated and the ability to work collaboratively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a continuously evolving and fast paced environment.
