About the Role:



As a

Senior Administrator

, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient journey. Working collaboratively with the Business Manager and Patient Services Lead, you'll support the delivery of high-quality services, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Facilitate an efficient, patient-centered journey through the center while maintaining the highest standards of care and service. Proactively engage with the team, ensure tasks are completed, and deputize for the Patient Services Lead when necessary. Manage calls, emails, and queries; oversee imaging transfer processes (e.g., IEP, CIMAR); and ensure adherence to KPIs for call handling and service delivery. Provide 5-star service to patients, consultants, and stakeholders, always aiming to exceed expectations. Maintain accurate records, ensure patient confidentiality, and adhere to OneWelbeck policies and statutory regulations. Train new starters, create and implement SOPs, and support continuous team development. Assist with front-of-house responsibilities and any additional tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:



Education and Experience:



Experience in private healthcare administration (essential). Previous administrative experience in a high-quality, customer-facing role (essential). Previous experience is supervising or leading a team (essential) Background in 5-star hospitality is highly desirable. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience handling confidential and sensitive information. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.

Schedule



Shifts between 07:30 to 20:15

Monday to Sunday

40 hrs/week

27 days Annual Leave excluding bank holidays
