Job Overview
Our law firm, regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and based in London, is expanding its specialist immigration team. We are seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer with proven expertise in all categories of the UK Global Talent Visa.
Requirements:
Holder of the highest legal qualification in UK immigration law (Solicitor regulated by SRA or OISC Level 3) Minimum of 10 years' professional experience in Immigration Law At least 5 years of exclusive practice in Global Talent Visa cases Demonstrated track record of at least 30 successful Global Talent Visa cases in the past 2 years Strong legal drafting and client advisory skills Ability to work independently under a freelance / self-employed arrangement
Collaboration Terms:
Freelance / Self-employed basis Work on a case-by-case arrangement Referral commission system available for client introductions
