Position: 37 hours Monday to Friday on a rota basis 8am - 6pm (Hybrid working 2 days from an office)

within our Central and Proactive Income Team.

In housing, you can make a real difference -- and as a Senior Income Advisor, your role will include:




Leading by example with excellent customer service, communication, and motivational skills. Supporting, training, and developing Income Advisors to help them reach their potential. Driving positive outcomes for residents through proactive and empathetic engagement. Promoting a positive, solutions-focused mindset across the team. Providing constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement. Collaborating effectively within a team environment to deliver shared goals.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:




Strong customer service and communication skills A commitment to achieving the best outcomes for people, with a positive, can-do attitude Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to collect and maintain accurate customer profiling data.

We'd be especially excited if you also have:




Experience working for a housing provider or local authority. The ability to manage a busy workload and adapt to changing priorities A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
