A Strategic Opportunity for an Established Adviser
A well-established, independent financial planning firm operating at the higher end of the market is seeking a Senior Independent Financial Adviser to join the business as part of its long-term growth strategy.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced adviser who has built a loyal, high-quality client book and is now looking for greater autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to share in the future value of the business.
The firm advises high-net-worth families, typically with 500k+ investable assets, and has grown organically to c.600m AUM. Advice is fully independent, supported by a strong in-house team of Paraplanners and Administrators, with compliance provided through a leading network.
The Role

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of high-net-worth clients
• Transition and retain a portable client book into the business
• Deliver holistic, long-term financial planning advice
• Act as a senior presence within the adviser team
• Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the firm
• Build and maintain strong professional introducer relationships

Candidate Profile

• Highly experienced Independent Financial Adviser
• Demonstrable, loyal client bank capable of transitioning
• Strong track record advising high-net-worth clients
• Commercially minded with a long-term outlook
• Values independence, quality advice, and long-term client relationships

Remuneration & Equity

• Basic salary up to 90,000, aligned to revenue
• Transparent revenue share model
• Total earnings designed to reflect ongoing income and growth
• EMI equity participation available for the right individual
