The Opportunity:





We are looking for a

Senior Influencer and Community Executive to join the team at Lucky Saint as we continue

our mission to become the world's defining alcohol-free beer brand. In this role you will build exceptional relationships with our

online community of influencers and Super Saints,

drive and foster

new relationships grow our community base, support with influencer and brand awareness campaigns, and help us on our mission to remain the most loved alcohol-free beer brand.

Our founder, Luke Boase, launched Lucky Saint in late 2018 with an ambition to change the perception of alcohol-free beer and the drinking experience, worldwide. Since the launch of our 0.5% Superior Unfiltered Lager, Lucky Saint has received widespread attention from top industry professionals, the UK's best operators, and the media.




A Day in the Life






Your day might begin by opening our social media community management tool to respond to, share, and engage with comments and tags across all platforms. Next, you could join a full marketing team meeting to discuss our Dry January campaign--bringing ideas on how to collaborate with influencers and our online community to stay top of mind with our core audience during this key moment.



In the afternoon, you might review the marketing and cultural calendar to identify upcoming events or trends we can tap into, helping the brand join relevant conversations, attract new followers, and earn organic media. Later, you could head to one of our restaurant partners with the events team to set up for an influencer supper club--managing the guest list, arranging the table plan, and welcoming attendees to ensure a seamless and memorable brand experience.




Key Responsibilities




Build and engage our online community across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Strava, Reddit, and Blue Sky, ensuring we always show up in our tone of voice and live the Lucky Saint values. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to messages and comments promptly, fostering brand love and loyalty. Identify trends and relevant cultural moments, jumping into conversations that align with our brand strategy. Monitor all online chatter about Lucky Saint, sharing insights with the wider team and ensuring nothing gets missed. Lead influencer and ambassador relationships--managing outreach, gifting, and campaign execution throughout the year. Coordinate large-scale influencer gifting and seeding campaigns aligned with our marketing calendar. Collaborate with the Brand and Creative teams to find content creators for organic and paid campaigns. Negotiate influencer partnerships to maximise impact while maintaining brand alignment. Host and attend events, acting as the key contact for influencers and ensuring a seamless brand experience. Stay up to date with new social channels, tools, and community trends to ensure efficient and forward-thinking processes


Working hours require some flexibility for weekend and evening events and community management.
