We are looking for a Senior Information Manager to join our growing Digital team, supporting high-profile, technically complex projects across multiple sectors including MoJ, DfE and commercial developments. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our Digital transformation and information management across a diverse portfolio of projects.

About the role

As Senior Information Manager, you will lead the information management function across multiple regional projects, line-managing Information coordinators in the region and driving compliance, innovation, and adoption of Information management principles. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering our Information Management strategy, with platforms like Dalux and Morta at the core.



Key Responsibilities include:

Line management of information coordinators, including performance reviews and resource allocation planning. Oversight and governance of Common Data Environment (Dalux) and integration with our Data management platform (Morta). Driving compliance with ISO 19650 and company standards across all projects. Leading training and cultural change initiatives to embed digital best practices. Engaging with stakeholders across various sectors to influence and communicate effectively. Contributing to Business Performance through data analytics and digital innovation.

We're looking for someone with

Experience in Information Management and associated Digital Platforms Knowledge of ISO 19650 and Common Data Environments (CDE) Leadership experience managing teams and driving cultural change Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with platforms like Dalux, Morta, and PowerBi (desirable) A proactive, collaborative, and optimistic mindset
