Job description



Key Responsibilities



Microsoft 365 Support (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Directory Sync and Identity Management). Deploy and configure Microsoft 365 services including Intune, compliance policies, Defender, Windows Autopilot and application control. Device management with Intune, including Windows, Android and IOS. Lead the design, implementation, and management of endpoint solutions using Microsoft 365, Intune. Technical troubleshooting: advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues in a modern workplace environment. System integration: ensure seamless integration of solutions with enterprise applications, cloud services, and on-premises systems. Active directory: maintain and support both cloud and on-premises Active Directory, including integration with Microsoft Entra ID.

Key Outputs and Deliverables



End-to-end user provisioning and lifecycle management. Design, support and implement solutions M365 technology and integrations. Managing access control and monitoring. Provide documentation and resources to colleagues across Information Services, ensuring that all services are fully supported and end users have access to appropriate technical support and information. ###

Person specification



Essential Criteria



Configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Compliance Policies, Defender, Windows Autopilot and Application control (lead criteria). Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 management, deployment, and security practices (lead criteria). Microsoft 365 Support (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Directory Sync and Identity Management) configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Intune and Autopilot Mobile Application Management (MAM) & Mobile device management (MDM).

Desirable Criteria



Experience of Microsoft Graph. Experience of managing M365 Co-Pilot with M365 platform. ###
