Description
We are supporting a leading global investment business in their search for a Senior Investment Analyst to join their Real Estate team in London. This role offers the chance to be part of a highly regarded group, providing exposure to complex, high-value property investments across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the origination, analysis, and execution of real estate investment opportunities.
Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation, and sensitivity analysis on potential transactions.
Undertake market research and competitor benchmarking to inform investment strategies.
Prepare investment papers and presentations for senior stakeholders and investment committees.
Monitor existing real estate portfolio performance, identifying risks and opportunities for value creation.
Key Requirements:
2-3 years experience within real estate investment, private equity, or investment banking. * Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
Knowledge of UK and European real estate markets desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Self-starter with high attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
