About the Role -

We are seeking to appoint to the role of
Senior IT and Systems Project Manager.
As a key member of the IT Team, this role is integral to YPO's operational function. The successful candidate will provide leadership and oversight for the delivery of a major system upgrade project.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior IT and Systems Project Manager to join our IT Team. This is a part-time position, working 22.5 hours per week across three days. There is flexibility regarding which days are worked, as this will be determined by meeting schedules and project demands.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the delivery of a complex upgrade to YPO's Business Central (ERP) system. This is a high-profile and technically demanding project, requiring a proactive and adaptable approach, as well as significant expertise in project management.

While we offer a flexible working arrangement that includes the option to work from home, this role will require a
predominantly office-based presence
. Due to the collaborative nature of the project and the need to attend key meetings and engage with stakeholders, regular attendance at the office is essential--particularly during critical phases of the project.
We are looking for a candidate with:
Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, ideally within ERP environments.
Exceptional project management skills and the ability to work independently.
A flexible, solutions-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
About You
As YPO continues to expand, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Drawing from the skills and experience section of the , we seek someone who has:
A recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2) or equivalent industry experience, ideally supported by a degree in Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field.
Significant experience in delivering complex IT projects, particularly ERP system upgrades (preferably Microsoft Navision or Business Central), within dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
A broad understanding of the full software development lifecycle, IT infrastructure, and modern technologies, with the ability to tailor project approaches to agile methodologies where appropriate.
Having experience in managing project budgets or working closely with Business Analysts would be ideal, but not essential, as these areas can be developed within the role.
