Senior IT Business Analyst

6 months contract and with future extension

We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to work on large IT implementations programmes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, supporting business needs, and enhancing operational efficiency through effective data management and analysis.

The Senior IT Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions and contribute to ongoing projects within an Agile framework.

Responsibilities

:

Managing APIs libraries, analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Define user stories and requirements for a strategic technology programmes to deliver a library of API's Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring adherence to project management methodologies. Conduct thorough data analysis to support business decisions, utilizing strong analytical skills. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform business analysis and deliver actionable insights. Support the development of linked data strategies to enhance data integration across systems.

Experience

required:

Proven BA experience in the telecommunications industry; data analysis, project management, and business analysis within an IT environment. Knowledge of fibre and network rollout and field service processes, e.g. connection of core systems to home installations, able to articulate how this would work and have demonstrable Experience of defining and presenting full process evolution from current state to target. Proficient in using common diagramming tools Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
