The

Senior

IT Systems Specialist

will be accountable for delivering the operational elements of our strategic plan and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the IT function are running efficiently and effectively. You will provide exceptional customer service and support to our managers and their teams, ensuring they are well supported to inspire and deliver amazing services across the counties of Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

We are looking for an experienced and skilled IT professional, who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment with up-to-date knowledge and experience of technical architecture, business applications and systems integration.



To be a

IT Systems Specialist

, you will have demonstrable experience of working with databases to drive operational performance and provide high quality management information. You will be able to support managers to make effective use of technological solutions and systems to enhance the work we do.



You will be resourceful, patient, and proactive in providing support to your colleagues and will have excellent organisational skills enabling you to plan and prioritise your workload with a flexible and creative approach which enables you to react to changing priorities.



We are looking for a strong, energetic and engaging individual who can provide inspiring leadership around information technology. You will have ambition and creativity to guide the digital transformation of
