Overview

We're looking for a

skilled and reliable Joiner

to join our growing team. You'll work across a variety of residential renovation projects, carrying out both first and second fix joinery to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have solid experience, strong attention to detail, and take real pride in their craftsmanship.
Experience fitting kitchens is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out all aspects of joinery, including first and second fix work. Install doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens, flooring, and other joinery elements. Work from drawings and specifications to ensure precision and quality. Assist with general construction tasks where required. Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and materials. Keep a tidy, safe, and well-organised working environment at all times. Follow site health & safety procedures and company standards.

Requirements / Person Specification

Proven experience as a joiner in residential or renovation projects. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and capable of manual work. Full UK driving licence, own transport, and own tools

Hours & Pay

Full-time position. Hours and pay in line with experience and company standards (DOE).
